Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Astropraman provides Vedic astrology chart calculations and AI-generated astrology guidance. Astrology guidance is provided for informational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Astropraman to attempt to obtain professional medical, legal or financial recommendations, to harass others, to attempt to bypass usage quotas, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accounts, credits and quotas

Every new account receives 3 free AI astrology questions. Beyond that, questions are paid for with credits — one credit per question — purchased as one-time packs. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. We may adjust the free allowance or pack pricing at our discretion; changes never affect credits you have already purchased. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Payments and refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.

Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable, and a question that fails to generate an answer never consumes a credit. Full terms are set out in our refund & cancellation policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that astrology guidance will be accurate, applicable or actionable in your specific circumstances.

6. Ownership

Astropraman is operated as an individual (unregistered) business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact details for billing, refunds and general enquiries are on our contact page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
