1. Data we collect

When you use Astropraman we collect the following categories of data:

• Account details: email address and (optional) full name.
• Birth details you enter: full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth (place name, latitude, longitude, timezone).
• Generated astrology reports (charts, planetary positions, summaries) tied to your account.
• Astrology chat messages you send and receive.
• Usage records: questions asked, credits consumed and credit-pack purchases, used to maintain your balance.

2. How we use your data

• To calculate your birth chart and generate astrology guidance.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To track your free-question allowance and credit balance, and to enforce fair-use limits.
• To process payments for credit packs and keep a record of each transaction.
• To improve the product and fix bugs.

3. Storage and security

All user data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Only you can read your own birth details, reports, conversations and usage records.

4. Third parties

When you ask an AI astrology question, your message and a summary of your chart are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a response.

When you buy a credit pack, the payment is processed by Razorpay. Your card or UPI details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us — we retain only the order reference, amount and payment status needed to credit your account and handle refunds.

Account and chart data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Beyond these providers we do not share your data with third parties, and we never sell it.

5. Consent

By creating an account and entering your birth details, you consent to their processing as described in this policy. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Astrology guidance is provided for informational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.
