Delete your account

Applies to accounts created on astropraman.com or in the Astropraman mobile app.

From the mobile app (instant)

  1. Open Astropraman and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Settings & account.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account permanently, then confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email imsumitnayak12@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We action deletion requests within 3 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your login credentials and account record
  • All saved birth profiles and birth details
  • All generated reports (kundli, matchmaking, Manglik, Sade Sati)
  • All AI astrologer conversations and messages
  • Your remaining credit balance (non-refundable once deleted)

Transaction records may be retained by our payment processor (Razorpay) where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
